# Can I cancel my booking and have a full refund if I have selected TicketPlan Cancellation Protection?

## Once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you purchased TicketPlan Cancellation Protection at the time of booking, you may be able to request a refund directly with TicketPlan by completing their [Refund Application Form](https://www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form).
