Can I cancel my booking and have a full refund? (has TicketPlan)

We're very sorry to hear that you might not be able to make your visit.

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, our tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you opted for TicketPlan Cancellation Protection when you booked your tickets, you may be able to apply for a refund by filling out an application form through the following link:
