Can I cancel my booking and have a full refund if I have selected TicketPlan Cancellation Protection?
Once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you purchased TicketPlan Cancellation Protection at the time of booking, you may be able to request a refund directly with TicketPlan by completing their Refund Application Form.
All claims are assessed by TicketPlan and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Please note that booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover fixed administrative costs.
