Can my infant get a personalised invitation?
Babies under 12 months old can visit for free with an infant ticket.
Infants won't receive a personalised invitation, however, Father Christmas will be sending Elflet cards to invite them to meet him in Lapland too.
Therefore, when entering the Small Folk names for your booking, please ensure that these are the first and last names of those attending on a Child Ticket.
Please note that infants do not participate in the interactive elements of the experience (e.g. they won’t build toys in the Toy Factory or receive a Husky soft toy), but they will receive a special gift from Father Christmas.
