# I lost an item when visiting the Live Experience, do you have my lost property?

## If you have lost an item during your visit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us using our [Contact Form](https://kb.laplanduk.co.uk/knowledge/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en), and provide the below information:

- Location you believe you lost the item:
- Please provide detailed description of item (colour, material, size etc):
- Do you have photo of item only, to help us identify it?

Once we have the above details we can assist you further.

**If** your item is found and logged, we will be in contact to let you know.

Kindly note that all bank cards will be cut and disposed of immediately. Should your lost item include a bank card, we kindly ask that you contact your issuing bank to cancel the card and issue a new one.
