# How can I update my shipping address for my order?

If you have made a purchase via our US Online Store and wish to update your shipping address, please [Contact Us](https://kb.laplanduk.co.uk/knowledge/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you contact us using the email address associated with the order, provide your order reference number and the details of what you wish to be amended.

Please note, we will do our best to amend the information for you as soon as possible. However, we cannot amend the order once it has been despatched.
