How do I book a Personal Assistance (PA) concession ticket?
Please follow the steps below to book a PA concession ticket.
STEP 1:
Once you're ready to make a booking, you will be asked to select the type of tickets for each member of your group.
STEP 2:
Please select a Personal Assistant concession ticket for the adult attending as the Personal Assistant. (One per booking).
STEP 3:
After making your booking, we will contact you to upload your PA concession ticket evidence. Please note that we will reach out later in the year to request your PA eligibility documents.
STEP 4:
Once we’ve received your evidence, your Personal Assistance (PA) ticket will be approved.
