How do I make a booking for more than eight people?
To ensure an intimate and immersive theatrical experience, all bookings are limited to 8 Human Folk per group.
This limit cannot be exceeded, as each family requires dedicated seating, and every child needs their own workbench for activities in the Lapland Toy Factory and the Lapland Bakery.
If your group exceeds 8 people, we recommend making two separate bookings for the same date and tour time. All tours are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee multiple bookings for a specific date and time.
Each booking must include at least one adult and one child ticket. Groups without children will be refused entry.
