How do I make a booking for more than 8 (eight) people?

This limit cannot be exceeded, as each family requires dedicated seating, and every child needs their own workbench for activities in the Toy Factory and the Lapland Bakery. 

 

If your group exceeds 8 people, we recommend making two separate bookings for the same date and tour time, then emailing us at enquiries@laplanduk.co.uk to request for both bookings to experience Lapland on the same team and CC the lead booker of the other family into the conversation. Ask them to reply to the email, granting permission for us to proceed. 

Kindly note that you must contact us using the email address associated with your booking.

 

Please note: Your groups will journey through Lapland together in the same team; however, you will visit Father Christmas in your separately booked groups.

 

All tours are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee multiple bookings for a specific date and time.

 

Each booking must include at least one adult and one child ticket. Groups without children will be refused entry.
