I was unable to complete my booking, what do I do?
If this happens, we recommend re-joining the queue as soon as you can. Unfortunately, our Customer Service team isn’t able to assist with booking requests.
Please note that you will be given 10 minutes to complete your booking. If you do not complete your booking within this time, your booking will not be processed, and so please return to the booking window. You will need to join the back of the queue and try booking again.
If you are experiencing issues with securing a booking, please try using a difference browser, clearing your cache/ browsing history and using a different device.
We recommend using a laptop or computer to complete the booking process.
During large-scale ticket releases, the exceptionally high volume of traffic can sometimes cause technical issues. Demand often exceeds availability, and we’re unable to guarantee tickets during the general release.
