Can I cancel my booking? (no TicketPlan)
We're genuinely sorry to hear that you won't be able to attend your booking to Lapland!
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly; however, our tickets are only refundable within 14 days of your initial purchase.
After this 14-day cooling-off period, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable, unless TicketPlan Cancellation Protection has been selected.
If suitable for your needs, we recommend that you visit your MyLapland account, where you can make changes to your booking.
Once logged in, you can easily explore any remaining available dates and times that may be more suitable and, if so, select the one that works best for you.
We're truly sorry that we can't be more flexible in this situation, but we hope you understand that our policy is in place to ensure fairness for all our guests.
