# Can I cancel my booking if I haven't selected TicketPlan cancellation protection?

## We understand that circumstances can change; however, tickets are only refundable within 7 days of the original purchase date.

After this 7-day cooling-off period, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable, unless TicketPlan Cancellation Protection was selected at the time of booking.

If helpful, you can log in to your [MyLapland](https://b2c.laplanduk.expian.io/my-bookings/request-magic-link) account to check whether alternative dates or times are available and make changes to your booking, subject to availability.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps ensure fairness for all guests.
