Can I cancel my booking if I haven't selected TicketPlan cancellation protection?
We understand that circumstances can change; however, tickets are only refundable within 7 days of the original purchase date.
After this 7-day cooling-off period, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable, unless TicketPlan Cancellation Protection was selected at the time of booking.
