Can I swap an adult ticket for a Personal Assistant ticket?
If you require a personal assistance ticket for your visit, but didn't select one at the time of booking, we can amend this for you.
We understand some of our child & adult guests have additional needs. At LaplandUK we therefore offer Personal Assistant (PA) concession tickets on every tour across the event.
Our PA concession tickets are sold at a 50% discounted rate, and to ensure as many families as possible benefit from a PA concession ticket, these are limited to one per booking.
If you require a personal assistance ticket for your visit, but didn't select one at the time of booking, we can amend this for you.
Once done, you will need to provide evidence to support your eligibility for our concession ticket program.
We currently accept the following:
- The front page of a DLA (Disability Living Allowance) letter
- The front page of a PIP (Personal Independence Payment) letter
- The front page of an Attendance Allowance letter
- The front page of a Carer's Allowance letter
- A Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- A Blue Parking Badge or Disabled Freedom Pass
- A Certificate of Vision Impairment (CVI) or BD8 Form
- An Access Card (or equivalent) with a +1 symbol
Please note: Although we acknowledge the Access Card as a valid proof of eligibility, we do not actively participate in the scheme.
Please be aware that LaplandUK's policy allows for a maximum of one concession ticket for a personal assistant per booking.
