# How did Mother and Father Christmas arrive in Lapland?

## A long time ago, there was a special toymaker who kept a childlike heart and mind throughout his entire life.

This meant that he knew exactly how to make toys that filled children with delight.

So many children made wishes asking the Toymaker to craft the toys of their dreams that he and his wife worked tirelessly for months to complete the gifts in time for Christmas!

The many wishes of the small folk then rose to the Northern skies, which formed the colourful wish lights under which elves prosper.

The wishes of small folk keep the Northern skies bright, and because the elves in Lapland realised the toymaker and his wife could inspire children to make wishes more often, they invited the Toymaker and his Wife to come and live in Lapland.

Here, they built a Lapland Toy Factory for them, which ensured that all the wishes of children worldwide could be granted.
