Your magical Lapland Experience begins when you deliver your child's personalised invitation from Father Christmas, asking for their help making toys in the Lapland Toy Factory.
The moment your invitation arrives - beautifully presented in an elegant box, is the moment the experience begins. We recommend placing it in the freezer for 30 minutes before delivering it, so it arrives icy cold, straight from Lapland!
It is now time to visit Lapland and the Elves!
The Lapland Experience is a 4.5 hour treasured experience that takes Human Folk on an unforgettable journey to the snowy home of Father Christmas and his Elves.
We advise arriving 30 minutes prior to your booked tour time for Lapland Ascot, and 45 minutes prior to your booked tour time for Lapland Manchester. The tour time you have booked, is the time your tour departs for your journey to Lapland. You can spend this time grabbing a hot drink and exploring the Elven Bazaar.
Upon arrival, you will check-in for your journey through Lapland at Woodland Check-In. One of our friendly Woodland Elves will present your Small Folk with an Elf Passport. As you travel through each part of your adventure, your Small Folk can collect stamps for each activity, directly in the Elf passport - a treasured keepsake of their time in Lapland.
After meeting Sage and Eeko in Eeko's Glade, you will pass through the secret, magical doorway to Lapland - the very same magical door that the Toymaker and his wife once stepped through, when they became known forevermore as Mother and Father Christmas.
The first 90 minutes of your visit comprises of a scripted, interactive, and immersive theatrical experience. During this time, you will help the Toy Factory Elves - Whittle, Wish and Conker, build toys for Father Christmas in the Lapland Toy Factory.
Next, you will join Mother Christmas in The Lapland Bakery to decorate delicious gingerbread treats before continuing your journey to the Lapland Elven Village, nestled deep within the Lapland forest.
Here, you will have up to 90 minutes to explore the Lapland Elven Village you can enjoy ice-skating on the Frozen Pond, indulge in hearty food and snacks at Pumpernickel's Restaurant or enjoy a sweet treat from Pixie Mixie's Sweetshop.
Your journey will then continue through the snowy forest past The Reindeer Stables, Ambolt's Forge, and Compass' Study, where a friendly Elf will help you confirm your Small Folk's personalised details for your visit with Father Christmas!
Finally, you will arrive at Father Christmas's Snowy Cabin for a personal and unforgettable meeting. As a special thank-you for helping to save Christmas, each Small Folk (child ticket) will receive a beautiful husky soft toy from Father Christmas himself.
As your journey back to the human world begins, your final stop will be the Farewelf Forest, where you can collect your complimentary printed photo, discreetly retrieve the Toy Factory toy, and exchange any unspent Jingles back to pounds.
Each Small Folk (child ticket) will receive a completed version of the toy they helped to make. This special toy will be discreetly handed to accompanying adults at the Farewelf Forest, along with your complimentary printed photo, before you leave Lapland.
The toy is to remain hidden from your Small Folk's eyes, ready to be placed under the Christmas tree - a magical surprise from Father Christmas himself on Christmas morning, with a Thank You card from Father Christmas, thanking them for their help in saving Christmas.
