# Where is my additional invitation box?

## Additional invitation boxes normally arrive alongside your included invitation box.

However, if you added your additional box after the time of booking, it may be posted separately from your included invitation box.

Please note: additional invitation boxes will arrive empty, apart from 1x Whisperleaf and 1x Lapland Grapevine newspaper. 

If you have not received your additional box 7 days ahead of your visit, please [contact us](https://kb.laplanduk.co.uk/knowledge/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) as soon as possible.

Please note that bookings made outside of our annual ticket release will have their invitations posted within 14 days. Should you book a date with shorter notice than this, your invitations may not arrive until after your visit. If you add additional boxes to your booking with less than 14 days prior to your visit, these may not be delivered in time for your visit.
