My children's names are incorrect on the booking - What can I do?
If you have made a spelling mistake on your booking, we can help you correct this.
You will be able to amend your Small Folk's names via MyLapland, for a limited time after making your booking.
However, if you are not able to do this, please reach out to our Guest Relations Team by using our Contact Form.
Please ensure that you contact us via the email address associated with your booking/order.
All tickets for Lapland are non-transferrable. Guests are therefore unable to change the Small Folk names associated with their booking in MyLapland.
