What does it mean to be on 'Team Reindeer' or 'Team Husky'?
At the beginning of your experience, your tour will be divided into two smaller groups - 'Team Reindeer' and 'Team Husky' - for the first 90-minutes of the experience.
This split makes the experience more personalised for you and your loved ones.
We know that some families prefer to share the experience with another booked family and stay together throughout the tour. If you're booked on the same tour as another family and want to be on the same team, we would be very happy to help you.
To travel with another family on the same team, please email us prior to your visit at enquiries@laplanduk.co.uk and CC the lead booker of the other family into the conversation. Ask them to reply to the email, granting permission for us to proceed.
