What is 'MyLapland'?
MyLapland serves as your own portal, where you can view and manage your booking and customise your Small Folk’s personal information for Father Christmas.
MyLapland allows you to:
- Update your Small Folk name(s) for a limited period.
- Manage your booking: add extra tickets or reschedule your visit to a different date and time (subject to availability), and review your cancellation options within the 7-day cooling off period.
- Purchase Magical Extras: additional invitation boxes and jingles.
- Personalise your visit: enter details about your Small Folk (recommended a few weeks prior to your visit).
- Upgrade to Golden Experience.
