What is 'MyLapland'?
MyLapland serves as your personalised portal, where you can manage your booking and customise your Small Folk’s personal information for Father Christmas.
MyLapland allows you to:
- Manage your booking: add extra tickets or reschedule your visit to a different date and time (subject to availability).
- Purchase Magical Extras: additional invitation boxes and jingles.
- Personalise your visit: enter details about your Small Folk (recommended a few weeks prior to your visit).
- Upgrade to Golden Experience.
You can access your MyLapland account by clicking the ‘MyLapland’ button at the bottom of your email confirmation or via the link below:
You will need to enter your booking reference into the empty field and click the "Request Magic Link" button.
We will then send a magic link to your email address.
Click the link in the email to access and manage your booking.
Please ensure that you enter/paste your booking reference correctly, without any spaces at the beginning or end. If the reference is incorrect, you will not receive your login link for MyLapland.
Please note that during ticket release and when our booking system is open, MyLapland will be closed. This will reopen shortly after ticket release has come to a close.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee the ability to add tickets or move your booking and upgrade to Golden Experience, as this will be subject to availability.
Keep in mind that the maximum group size is limited to 8 Human Folk per booking.
