# When can I expect for my order to be delivered?

## You will receive an email to notify you of your order's tracking information once the order has been despatched.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We aim to despatch orders within 2–3 days of your placing your order.

For orders made during specific collection purchasing windows, your despatch date will be confirmed separately.

Standard UK delivery: typically 3–5 working days from despatch.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Isles or rural postcodes, Channel Islands, Gibralter, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland may take longer and carry different charges, shown at checkout.

Please see our [Shipping Policy here](https://shop.laplanduk.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy).

Please note that if you have made a purchase between 18th December - 28th December 2026, there may be further delays due to the festive period and the closure of postal couriers.
