When will I receive my Honorary Elf Hat order?
Honorary Elf Hats ordered in June will be dispatched by the end of Summer.
If you entered your 2026 Booking Reference at checkout, your order will be delivered alongside your Lapland Invitation(s).
You will receive an email to notify you of the dispatch and delivery tracking information. Please ensure to check your spam and junk folders for this email.
However, if you have not received your order by the end of September, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have applied our promotional offer at checkout, your delivery name and address must match your Lapland 2026 booking details to ensure your Honorary Elf Hat order will be sent together with your Invitations.
Where we are unable to match your details, we may delay dispatch or arrange separate deliveries (additional charges may apply).
