Can I add TicketPlan retrospectively? (After booking)

Our booking cancellation protection is a service offered by LaplandUK and administered by TicketPlan, which is an external company. As standard industry practice, this type of protection must be purchased at the time the booking is made and cannot be added retrospectively.
