Can I add tickets to my booking?
Your My Lapland account will allow you to add tickets to your booking, subject to availability.
We are delighted to hear that you will be visiting our secret, magical world this Christmas!
Your My Lapland account will allow you to add tickets to your booking, subject to availability.
You can access your MyLapland account by clicking the ‘MyLapland’ button at the bottom of your email confirmation or via the link below:
You will need to enter your booking reference into the empty field and click the "Request Magic Link" button.
We will then send a magic link to your email address. Click the link to access and manage your booking.
Please ensure that you enter/paste your booking reference correctly, without any spaces at the beginning or end. If the reference is incorrect, you will not receive your login link for MyLapland.
Please kindly note that we are unable to guarantee availability to add tickets to your booking, even if you are under our maximum of 8 Human Folk per booking.
MyLapland will be closed while we conduct our annual Ticket Release. Not to worry though, the portal will be available within a few days of our booking window closing.
