What's included in the experience/ticket price/Lapland Tour?

Your magical LaplandUK experience begins when you deliver your child’s personalised invitation from Father Christmas, asking for their help making toys in the Lapland Toy Factory.

They’ll arrive in a beautiful presentation box, which we recommend you pop in the freezer for 30 minutes before you deliver it - Icy cold, straight from Lapland!

It’s now time to visit Lapland and the Woodland Elves!

Once you arrive, you will check in for your travel through Lapland.

One of our friendly Check-in Elves will hand you an Elf Passport, which will allow you to journey along the elven pathways of the enchanted forest.

After you have met Sage and Eeko you will pass through the secret doorway to Lapland - the very same magical door that the Toymaker and his wife Mary stepped through so many years ago - when they forever became known as Mother and Father Christmas.

The first 90 minutes of your visit is a scripted, interactive and immersive theatrical experience, which includes helping the elf Whittle build toys for Father Christmas in the Toy Factory.

Every child will receive a completed version of the Toy Factory toy they helped to make. We will discreetly hand the toy to accompanying adults at Departures before you leave Lapland.

The toy will be hidden from your Small Folk’s eyes so that you can take it home, hidden away until Christmas, when they finally discover that Father Christmas has delivered them a special surprise; the toy they helped the elves make!

You will also decorate gingerbread at the Lapland Bakery before you continue your tour to the Elven Village, buried deep in the Lapland forests.

Here you can enjoy ice-skating on the frozen pond, explore the Elf Emporium and the various shops, as well as indulge in food or snacks at Pumpernickel's restaurant.

You will have up to 90 minutes to explore the Elven Village after which you will journey on the Elven Trail, through the snowy pathways and past the reindeer to visit Father Christmas for a personalised meeting.

As a thank you for helping to save Christmas, each child will receive a beautiful husky dog soft toy from Father Christmas before leaving his cottage.

Don't forget that the Lapland Experience isn’t over until Christmas morning when your children finally find the toy they made in the Toy Factory sitting under the tree - complete with a card from Father Christmas thanking them for their help.

An invitation to LaplandUK is so much more than just the four hours spent at our award-winning event!
