Can I change the date or time of my booking?
You’re welcome to explore the option of moving your booking to a different date or time by using your MyLapland portal, up to 7 days before your visit and subject to availability.

You will need your booking reference to access your MyLapland. This can be found in your confirmation email.
If you’re unable to access the portal, please get in touch using our contact form.
A change in tour time or date may result in a difference in ticket price, and will incur an admin fee. If the new date or time costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. Should the new date or time be less expensive, we’ll refund the difference to you.
Please note: All booking amendments, including date/time changes are subject to availability. Date and time booking amendments incur an administration fee of £10.00. Such fee covers administrative and system costs associated with processing the change.
