Can I change the date or time of my booking?
You can explore the possibility of changing the date or time of your visit by logging into your MyLapland account.
We understand that plans can change, and we’re sorry to hear you may not be able to attend your original booking date.
You’re welcome to explore the option of moving your booking to a different date or time by visiting your MyLapland portal, up to seven days before your visit and subject to availability.

Please note: While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee the ability to move your booking to an alternative date or time, as this depends on the availability of tours.
Additionally, a change in tour time or date may result in a difference in ticket price. If the new date or time costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. Should the new date or time be less expensive, we’ll refund the difference to you.
