Can I link my bookings?
To link your booking with another family, please email us at enquiries@laplanduk.co.uk and CC the lead booker of the other family into the conversation. Ask them to reply to the email, granting permission for us to proceed.
At the beginning of your experience, your tour will be divided into two smaller groups - 'Team Reindeer' and 'Team Husky' - for the first 90 minutes of the experience. This split makes the experience more personalised for you and your loved ones.
We know that some families prefer to share the experience with another family and stay together throughout the tour. If you're booked on the same tour as another family and want to link your bookings, we would be very happy to help you.

Please note that we only are able to link bookings that are for the same tour time and date.
We'll take care of the rest and link the bookings for you!
It's important to note that linked bookings will stay together for the first part of the experience, but each group will still visit Father Christmas separately as originally booked.
