Can we go through the experience with another booked group?
For the first 90 minutes of the experience, you will be on either "Team Little Rudi" or "Team Husky Heroes". If you're booked on the same tour (day and time) as another group under a different booking reference, we are able put you together on the same team.
Once you reach the Elven Village, this is for you to explore at leisure for the next 90 minutes. Your personalised visit with Father Christmas will be in your own separate booked groups.
Lapland is a carefully planned experience to ensure that we can deliver a smooth visit for all of our guests, there is a limit on the capacity for each tour. Therefore, all guests must remain in their booked groups.
Please note, we cannot guarantee multiple bookings for a specific date and time.
To travel with another booked group on the same team, please email us prior to your visit at enquiries@lapland.group and CC the lead booker of the other booking into the conversation. Ask them to reply to the email, granting permission for us to proceed.
