All tickets for Lapland are non-refundable and non-transferable, including transferring your booked tickets between our event sites in London/Ascot and Manchester.
If you purchased TicketPlan Protection with your tickets, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to TicketPlan's terms and conditions.
