Can I amend and edit my booking via MyLapland?

MyLapland allows you to:

• Update your Small Folk's name for a limited period.
• Manage your booking: add extra tickets or reschedule* your visit to a different date and time (subject to availability), and review your cancellation options within the 7-day cooling off period.
• Purchase Magical Extras: additional Invitation Boxes and Jingles.
• Personalise your visit: Enter details about your Small Folk (recommended a few weeks before your visit).
• Upgrade to Golden Experience.

*Please note: All booking amendments, including date/time changes are subject to availability. Date and time booking amendments incur an administration fee of £10.00. Such fee covers administrative and system costs associated with processing the change.
