Can I transfer my booking to another family?
All tickets for Lapland are subject to our ticketing policy and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as specifically set out in the Ticketing Terms. This also includes transferring your booking to another family/booking group.
Due to the personalised nature of the experience, we do not support secondary sales and therefore we do not recommend that you purchase tickets from a third party, unless permission has been granted by LaplandUK.
