Can I transfer my booking to another family?

Due to the personalised nature of the experience, you are not able to transfer your tickets or booking.

All tickets for Lapland are subject to our ticketing policy and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as specifically set out in the Ticketing Terms. This also includes transferring your booking to another family/booking group. 

Any tickets purchased from a third party will be invalid, unless permission has been granted by Lapland.
