Can I upgrade my booking to Golden Experience?
If you have an existing booking and want to upgrade to Golden Experience, you can do so when this upgrade option is available later in the year, this will be subject to availability*.

Please note that upgrades are limited and subject to availability. If your current standard tour time is unavailable for an upgrade, we kindly ask that you explore alternative tour dates and times that may be suitable for your family.
There is no £10 administrative fee to upgrade your booking or to upgrade to a different date or time. However, if you upgrade to our Golden Experience, and then amend your booking to a new date or time, you will be charged a £10 adminitrative fee as outlined in our Ts & Cs.
Please note, any magical extras you have already purchased will be included in your upgraded booking.
* Golden Experience tours are not available on Superstar Day, as the facilities are used for those who need additional support.
