Can we go through the experience with another booked group?
Lapland is a carefully planned experience, and to ensure that we can deliver a smooth and magical visit for all of our guests, there is a limit on the capacity for each tour.
We therefore kindly ask that all guests remain in their booked groups.
If you're booked on the same tour (day and time) as another family, we are able put you together on the same team.
Please note you will be on either 'Team Reindeer' or 'Team Husky' for the first 90-minutes of the experience. Once you reach the Elven Village, this is for you to explore at leisure for the next 90 minutes. Your personalised visit with Father Christmas will be in your own separately booked groups.
To travel with another family on the same team, please email us prior to your visit at enquiries@laplanduk.co.uk and CC the lead booker of the other family into the conversation. Ask them to reply to the email, granting permission for us to proceed.
