Can we merge our booking with someone else?

Lapland is a carefully planned experience, and to ensure that we can deliver a smooth and magical visit for all of our guests, there is a limit on the capacity for each tour.


Merging or splitting booking groups could create queues that negatively affect the quality of the experience for other guests, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the magic for everyone.

We therefore kindly ask that all guests remain in their booked groups.

This being said, we know that some families prefer to share the experience with another family and stay together throughout the tour. If you're booked on the same tour as another family we can offer to link your bookings instead. 

To link your booking with another family, please email us at enquiries@laplanduk.co.uk and CC the lead booker of the other family into the conversation. Ask them to reply to the email, granting permission for us to proceed.
