Do you have an allergen friendly Gingerbread for decorating? 

An allergy-friendly option of gingerbread, free from dairy and gluten, will be available for guests who require it.

Alternative Gingerbread:

Flour blend (Rice, Tapioca and Potato), Thickener (Xanthan Gum)], Invert Sugar Syrup, Margarine [Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil And Rapeseed Oil), Water, Emulsifier (E471), Colouring: (E160b, E100), Flavouring, Salt, Citric Acid (Processing Agent)], Sugar, Raising Agent [(Mono Calcium Phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Corn Starch], Xanthan Gum, Ground Ginger, Salt, Potassium Sorbate (E202)

Fruit Flavoured Sugar Coated Gummy Sweets

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Starch, Acid (citric Acid), Fruit and Plant Concentrates (safflower, Lemon, Spirulina, Sweet Potato, Apple, Radish, Blackcurrant, Carrot, Hibiscus), Flavouring, Glazing Agent (carnauba wax), Thickener (Gum Arabic).
