# Do you have an allergen-friendly gingerbread for decorating?

## An allergy-friendly option of gingerbread, free from dairy and gluten, will be available for guests who require it. Please see the ingredients below from our 2025 offering - we are currently updating and reviewing this offering for 2026:

**Alternative Gingerbread:**

Flour blend (Rice, Tapioca and Potato), Thickener (Xanthan Gum)\], Invert Sugar Syrup, Margarine \[Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil And Rapeseed Oil), Water, Emulsifier (E471), Colouring: (E160b, E100), Flavouring, Salt, Citric Acid (Processing Agent)\], Sugar, Raising Agent \[(Mono Calcium Phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Corn Starch\], Xanthan Gum, Ground Ginger, Salt, Potassium Sorbate (E202)

**Fruit Flavoured Sugar Coated Gummy Sweets**

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Starch, Acid (citric Acid), Fruit and Plant Concentrates (safflower, Lemon, Spirulina, Sweet Potato, Apple, Radish, Blackcurrant, Carrot, Hibiscus), Flavouring, Glazing Agent (carnauba wax), Thickener (Gum Arabic).

**Allergen Advice:** For Allergens See Ingredients in bold CAPITALS. Packed in a factory that also packs products containing Gluten, peanuts, Tree Nuts, Milk, Soya, Egg and Products which contain sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites

**White Icing:**

Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, plant oils (Rapeseed, Palm), Mono and

diglycerides of fatty acids E471, Polyglycerol esters of fatty Potassium Sorbate, acidity regulator (Citric Acid E330), flavourings (Flavouring)

***Please note** that both types of gingerbread are made in environments where allergens are present. While every effort is made to clean and treat surfaces between batches, we cannot guarantee that the biscuits are entirely free from cross-contamination (including nuts).*
