I have made a booking recently, where are my invitations?
While we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that your invitations will arrive before your visit if your booking is made less than 14 days in advance.
If you have made a booking outside of our Annual Ticket Release for a visit within 14 days, and have not received your invitation delivery prior to your visit, you are welcome to download and print our digital invitation and Christmas Morning Card prior to your visit so you have this to hand in the meantime.
