I couldn't complete the payment while booking - Have I lost my booking?

Our system handles a high volume of users during our Ticket Release event, which may lead to longer wait times, errors, or timeouts.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email within a few hours but can see that payment has been taken from your account, please get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

However, if no payment has been taken and you haven’t received a booking confirmation, it’s likely that your purchase was unsuccessful.

In this case, we kindly ask you to try booking again.
