I have not received an email with booking links - What do I do? 

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the announcement about our booking window opening!

Not to worry - tickets for Lapland are available to purchase on our website at the time of release.

Subscribers to our mailing list receive an email with direct links to our booking portal. However, the same portal can be accessed via our website as long as the booking window remains open.

Simply visit our website, click on "Tickets," and join the queue for the experience you would like to book.
