Can I cancel individual items? (7-day Cooling-Off Period)
All bookings, including TicketPlan Cancellation Protection and Magical Extras (excluding the booking fee), are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
To cancel individual items, please contact us using the email address associated with your booking, clearly specifying the items you wish to cancel. Our team will review your request and process any eligible refund within 7 working days.
If you wish to cancel your full booking, you can do so directly via your MyLapland account.
After the 7-day cooling-off period, all bookings, tickets, and individual items for LaplandUK become non-refundable and non-transferable.
