Can I cancel/ remove TicketPlan cancellation protection from my booking?
All booking items, including tickets, TicketPlan Cancellation Protection and Magical Extras (excluding the booking fee), are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
After this 7-day cooling-off period, tickets and booking items become non-refundable and non-transferable, and it is no longer possible to request a refund for TicketPlan Cancellation Protection.
Please note that all LaplandUK bookings are strictly non-refundable after the 7-day cooling-off period. If you are unable to attend, refunds will only be considered where valid TicketPlan Cancellation Protection is in place and the applicable terms and conditions are met.
TicketPlan provides protection if you are unable to attend due to specified unforeseen circumstances, such as accident, illness, transport breakdown, or bereavement. Full details can be found in the TicketPlan Terms and Conditions, which we recommend reading and retaining.
If you still wish to remove your TicketPlan Cancellation Protection, please contact us using the email address associated with your booking. We can amend your booking and refund the cost of the Cancellation Protection (£4.95 per ticket).
Please be aware that removing this protection means your booking will remain strictly non-refundable once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed.
