How can I add my child's personalised information for their visit with Father Christmas?
You can enter your Small Folk's personalised information by logging into your MyLapland account, once this facility is open later in the year.
We want to ensure that your personalised audience with Father Christmas is truly magical, so we ask you to provide us with some memorable details for Father Christmas to share with them during their visit.
Please find the link to MyLapland here. You will need your booking reference, which can be found in your confirmation email.
Once logged in, simply click 'Personalise' at the top of the page and select the Small Folk you would like to add the personalised information for. Please note that there is a character limit.
Please note: MyLapland will be closed during our Annual Ticket Release. Please do not worry, you will be able to add and amend your Small Folk personalisation once the portal and this facility is open for you later in the year.
