How do I book tickets for LaplandUK?
All tickets for Lapland are available for purchase via our website during our annual ticket release, which was held on 27th March 2026, at 10am.
A virtual waiting room is open from 9am on the day, for anyone wishing to book tickets. The queue is randomised to ensure a fair booking process for all customers.
Our booking window will then open at 10am, and each customer will have 10 minutes to complete their booking once it's their turn.
Please note: All tickets are sold exclusively via our website, and no additional link is required to book.
Following our annual ticket release, the Ascot Toy Factory is now full! However, there is still availability for Lapland Manchester!
