How do I collect my Jingles?
Your pre-ordered Jingles will be available for you to collect when you arrive at Woodland Check-In on the day of your visit.
One of our wonderful Check-In elves will have your pre-ordered Jingles ready for collection at Woodland Check-In when you arrive for your visit.
If you wish, you can purchase additional Jingles while journeying through Lapland.
We also accept debit/credit cards, should you prefer this option. However, we do not accept cash payments.
Please make sure to refund any unspent Jingles back to Humanfolk currency before leaving Lapland, as we won't be able to exchange this after you've left our magical world.
