I forgot to give my child's personal details - What do I do?
Please do not worry! While we encourage all guests to submit their Small Folk's personalised details ahead of their visit, you will still be able to add and make changes to this once you arrive at Compass' Study during your visit, where you will check-in for your audience with Father Christmas.
Your unforgettable personalised audience with Father Christmas will take place in the final hour of your visit, after leaving the Lapland Elven Village.
The time for you to leave the Elven Village is printed on the back of your Elven Passports.
You will then journey down the Elven Trail until you finally arrive at Compass' Study, ahead of your meeting with Father Christmas himself.
