What happens if we are running late?
Should you arrive late for your visit, we will assist you in joining your booked tour at the point it has reached. This means you may miss some earlier parts of the experience.
Due to the high demand for tickets and the need for each family to have their own seating, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate joining a later tour if you arrive late.
But please don't worry - our wonderful Whispering Woods Team will take care of you upon arrival.
If you are able to, please let our Guest Relations Team know that you are running late and the reason why, so that our team are aware that you are expected to arrive shortly.
