What is your refund policy?
All ticket purchases include a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the date of purchase. During this time, customers may request a refund of the ticket price. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable, as these cover fixed administrative costs.
After the 7-day cooling-off period has ended, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have purchased Ticket Insurance, this will come into effect once the 7-day cooling-off period has ended. Any eligible refund requests after this time must be made through the Ticket Insurance provider and will be subject to their terms and conditions.
