When will I receive my invitations?
All invitation boxes are dispatched in chronological order, based on visit date, group size, magical extras, and any infant tickets included in your booking, from September onwards. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the parcel is on its way to you.
Your invitation box will arrive in a brown cardboard sleeve addressed to the lead booker. Please ensure you open the parcel and check the contents away from the inquisitive eyes of your Small Folk.
We recommend removing all items from the box, leaving only the invitation letters inside, before handing it to your Small Folk.
The remaining items are for Big Folk only to see or to be kept until later.
Details of all included items for your visit, as well as instructions on how to deliver your invitations, can be found on the reverse side of your Founders Cover Letter. Make sure to read this before your journey to Lapland begins, away from the inquisitive eyes of Small Folk.
If you haven't received your invitations within 7 days of your booked visit, please contact us and we will arrange for replacements to be posted to you.
Please note that while we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that your invitations will arrive before your visit if your booking is made less than 10 days in advance.
