When will my invitations arrive?

All Invitation Boxes are dispatched in chronological order, based on visit date, group size, magical extras, and any infant tickets included in your booking.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the parcel is dispatched and on its way to you.

If you haven't received your children's invitations 10 days before your tour, please get in touch with the team by using the contact form available on our website.

Your invitation box will arrive in a brown cardboard sleeve addressed to the lead booker. Please ensure you open the parcel and check the contents away from the inquisitive eyes of your Small Folk.

We recommend removing all items from the box, leaving only the invitation letter(s) inside, before handing it to your Small Folk, (saving everything else for when you need it later). The remaining items are for Big Folk only to see or to be kept until later.

You can then place the box in the freezer until it's icy cold. You can then present the invitation(s) to your Small Folk- straight from Lapland - creating a memory to last a lifetime!

Inside the invitation box, you will also find a Whisperleaf and a Lapland Grapevine Newspaper as well as some information about your experience. Details of all included items for your visit, as well as instructions on how to deliver your invitations, can be found on the reverse side of your Founders Cover Letter.
