My booking reference isn't recognised at checkout, what can I do?

Please ensure that your booking reference is for a 2026 Lapland booking.

When entering the booking reference in the discount code box, please ensure you copy and paste it without spaces and the characters are capitalised.

If you are still encountering issues with the promotion being applied at checkout, please contact us using the lead booker email address and quote your booking reference.

All promotional offers are one-use only and must be applied at checkout - they cannot be applied retrospectively.
