My payment did not go through - What do I do?

Please rest assured that, if the payment was taken from your account you will have a valid booking.
You should receive a booking confirmation email shortly after your booking journey is completed.
If you don't receive this and no payment has been taken from your account, this unfortunately means that your booking was unsuccessful.
We kindly recommend re-joining the virtual queue, and if possible, attempting to do so from a different device.
