We have booked for 8 people, but want to bring 9 - What can we do?
To ensure an intimate and immersive theatrical experience, all bookings are limited to 8 Human Folk per group.
This limit should not be exceeded, as each family requires dedicated seating, and every child needs their own workbench for activities in the Lapland Toy Factory and the Lapland Bakery.
However, if you have booked for 8 people but require an additional ticket for an infant or grandparent who won't participate in the activities mentioned above, please get in touch by using our Contact Form, and our team will be happy to look into this further for you, subject to availability.
