We have booked for 8 people, but want to bring 9 - What can we do?
To ensure an intimate and immersive theatrical experience, all bookings are limited to 8 Human Folk per group.
This limit should not be exceeded, as each family requires dedicated seating, and every child needs their own workbench for activities in the Toy Factory and Mother Christmas’s Kitchen.
If you have booked for 8 people but require an additional ticket for an infant or grandparent, please get in touch by using the Contact Form on our website.
Our Guest Relations Team will be happy to explore the possibility of adding an extra ticket to your booking outside of our usual terms and conditions.
