What are the differences between the Manchester and Ascot Experience?

Both the Ascot and Manchester experiences will offer the same heart-warming journey through the snowy world of Lapland.

Your Small Folk will help make toys with Whittle, Wish, and Conker in the Lapland Toy Factory, decorate gingerbread with Mother Christmas and her Elves, skate on Father Christmas’ Frozen Pond, and enjoy all the Elftastic activities the Elven World has to offer.

The same team of world-class Hollywood set designers and theatre professionals craft the magic across both Lapland experiences, bringing their signature attention to detail, storytelling, and wonder to every moment, ensuring Small Folk can truly revel in their fleeting belief in Father Christmas.

While the story, activities, and magic remain the same, each immersive world will be thoughtfully designed to suit its surroundings.

While Ascot is based in Whitmoor Forest, where most of the experience is outdoors within the natural forest setting, Manchester is set in a specially curated indoor experience, fully protected from the elements. For both events, we do still recommend wrapping up warm and wearing appropriate footwear, as it can get chilly in Lapland.

The finale of both the Ascot and Manchester experiences will, of course, be a private audience with Father Christmas in his snowy cabin—a magical moment as you witness your Small Folk’s amazement at how well he knows them. Proudly, they will receive a Golden Bell to become an ‘Honorary Elf’ before Father Christmas gifts them a beautiful Husky toy to love and treasure as a keepsake of their magical adventure.
