What happens if I enter the wrong booking reference at checkout?

If an incorrect booking reference is entered in the discount code box, it won’t be recognised at checkout.

This means your order won’t be linked to your invitation delivery and standard delivery charges will apply. Your Honorary Elf Hat order and Invitations will be delivered separately.

Please double check the promotion has been applied correctly prior to checkout.

Please ensure you enter a valid 2026 Lapland booking reference exactly as shown. Copy and paste it carefully, with no spaces before or after the reference, and note that it is case-sensitive.

The promotional code is valid for one use only. All promotional offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. 

If you successfully apply our promotional offer at checkout, your delivery name and address must match your Lapland 2026 booking details. Your Honorary Elf Hat order will then be sent together with your Invitations.

Where we are unable to match your details, we may delay dispatch or arrange separate deliveries (additional charges may apply).
