What is 'MyLapland'?
MyLapland serves as your own portal, where you can view and manage your booking and customise your Small Folk’s personal information for Father Christmas.
MyLapland allows you to:
- Update your Small Folk's name for a limited period.
- Manage your booking: add extra tickets or reschedule* your visit to a different date and time (subject to availability), and review your cancellation options within the 7-day cooling off period.
- Purchase Magical Extras: additional Invitation Boxes and Jingles.
- Personalise your visit: Enter details about your Small Folk (recommended a few weeks before your visit).
- Upgrade to Golden Experience.

Please note: during ticket release and when our booking system is open, MyLapland will be closed. This will reopen shortly after ticket release has come to a close.
*Please note: All booking amendments, including date/time changes are subject to availability. Date and time booking amendments incur an administration fee of £10.00. Such fee covers administrative and system costs associated with processing the change.
