TicketPlan is an external company that provides cancellation protection services to advanced bookers against their inability to attend pre-booked events and attractions due to specified unforeseen circumstances (such as accidents, sickness, breakdown of transport, bereavements and many others).

By purchasing TicketPlan Cancellation Protection, your tickets may be refundable after the 7-day cooling off period, subject to TicketPlan’s terms and conditions.
Please note: The cancellation protection fee (£4.95 per ticket) is non-refundable, even if you cannot attend due to event cancellation.
The booking fee is also non-refundable under any circumstances.
TicketPlan Cancellation Protection is a service provided by Lapland Group and administered by TicketPlan; it is not an insurance policy. Coverage does not apply if you are unable to attend due to government restrictions or advice, provided Lapland remains open.
This protection must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
