What Is Your Refund Policy?

Tickets are sold subject to a license and are non-refundable, except in the cases specified in these Ticketing Terms. However, if you purchased TicketPlan Protection with your tickets, you may have additional options available.

You have a legal right to change your mind and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your Booking Confirmation Email. After this 14-day 'cooling-off' period, you won’t be able to change your mind, regardless of whether you have redeemed your tickets or not. Should you redeem your tickets, you will be unable to secure a refund, even if the 14 days haven't fully passed.

If you cancel more than 14 days after your purchase, we’re unable to refund your initial payment.
