When do we visit Father Christmas?

The time for you to leave the Elven Village and begin your journey to visit Father Christmas is printed on the back of your Elven Passport.

Your visit with Father Christmas will take place during the last 90 minutes of your visit.

Once you leave the Elven Village, you will follow the Elven Trail until you reach Compass’s Lobby, where you will check in for your visit with Father Christmas!

Your unforgettable, personalised audience with Father Christmas will take place during the final hour of your visit.

Please note that all guests will visit Father Christmas in their booked group, and it will not be possible to split or swap group members between bookings. We kindly ask that you consider this when booking with another family.

After your magical visit with Father Christmas, you will continue to the Farewell Forest and collect your complimentary keepsake photograph with him. This is also your opportunity to collect the toy your Small Folk helped the Elves make during their visit to the Toy Factory!*

*The Toy Factory toy (one per child ticket) will be discreetly handed to Big Folk upon exiting Lapland, ready for you to ‘deliver’ from Father Christmas on Christmas Eve!
